Live wedding painting is an incredible way to add artistry and creativity to your event, also providing your loved ones and guests with entertainment as they watch the scene unfold onto the canvas. And at the end of the night you’ll see your personalized, perfectly curated, unique, timeless painting before I bring it back to the studio to do finishing touches.

Tier 1
From $1,750
Includes:
24” x 30” painting made with professional grade oil paints
Consultation phone or Zoom call 4-6 weeks prior to celebration
Guided photoshoot day of to use as reference
6 hours approximate on-site
Refined in studio after celebration
No additional people or pets
Tier 2
From $2,250
Includes:
28” x 34” painting made with professional grade oil paints
Consultation phone or Zoom call 4-6 weeks prior to celebration
Guided photoshoot day of to use as reference
6 hours approximate on-site
Refined in studio after celebration
Additional people, pets, or bespoke elements to be quoted individually
Tier 3
From $3,500
Includes:
30” x 40” painting made with professional grade oil paints
Consultation phone or Zoom call 4-6 weeks prior to celebration
Guided photoshoot day of to use as reference
8 hours approximate on-site
Refined in studio after celebration
Additional people, pets, or bespoke elements to be quoted individually
Highest level of detail, as such this tier is dependent on availability
*Travel fees apply for venues outside of Lafayette Parish and surrounding parishes: Acadia, St. Landry, St. Martin, Vermillion, and Iberia
*Shipping costs (if required) will be quoted separately and added to total
How it Works
Booking
–Contact me for availability
–Once we have confirmed, a contract and invoice will be sent to you
–A 20% payment of total and signed contract will be required to complete booking
–Full payment must be received at least 14 days prior to wedding
–Payment plans are available! We will discuss together what method works best for both of us
My process
–Once booking is confirmed, we will schedule a consultation phone or Zoom call 4-6 weeks prior to wedding
–I will arrive at your venue 1-2 hours before photoshoot/moment to capture, during this time I will set up my station at pre-discussed location and prep your canvas
–I will meet the lovely couple at the pre-discussed location to gather reference photos
–During ceremony reception, I will paint your perfect moment while your loved ones watch on
–At the end of the evening, I will reveal your painting before bringing back to the studio to finalize
–The approximate time needed for final touches and drying time is 8-12 weeks
–I will send you a photo of your painting for approval before varnishing
–When your artwork is ready, I will contact you to discuss pick up, drop-off, or shipping
